ElMan's material management system allows you to continuously record and manage large amounts of coal mined.

The use of high-performance mining equipment causes a decrease in the quality of the extracted raw materials. This problem is particularly acute in the development of large deposits whose reserves have a relatively high variability of mineralogical composition.

In order to ensure the best coordination of the processes of mining, averaging and enrichment of coal with sufficient efficiency in a continuous process stream, KONVELS Automation offers to use the ElMan control system.

With the help of flow control of the quality of the extracted natural resources before the processes of storage and enrichment, the ElMan material flow control system greatly facilitates the coordination of coal production. Continuous measurement of the content of the mass fraction of all elements composing the coal allows them to be sorted by type and quality, as well as actively managing averaging of coal in the warehouse. Due to this, the efficiency of the entire mining complex increases. The stream method of analyzing NITA allows increasing the efficiency and avoiding the discreteness of data acquisition. In addition, the costs associated with maintaining the continuous operation of the sampling and sample preparation and chemical analysis systems are significantly reduced.

The system can be equipped with the functions of automatic detection and removal of metal objects falling onto the conveyor belt along with the ore. The ElMan system also provides for automatic sampling from a conveyor belt and their preparation for laboratory analyzes.

The system provides information in the form of screen pages for visual viewing and reports that are stored in the archive and can be printed.
